Today I am going to sit down and talk to you guys all about some of my current favourite products. You guys will know that I adore makeup and I use it almost every single day. The thing that I love about makeup is that it is truly so transformative. Truly, I think it is wonderful that not only do I love makeup,
I also get to review items for my little website here. Looking back, I haven’t given you guys a roundup of my favourites for a while. That is something that I am going to correct in this blog post today. I am sure that you will have heard me mention these items before. I tend to stick to what I know and run with them for a long time. Without further ado, here are my favourite items at the moment.
Â
Nars Sheer Glow Foundation.
Most people will probably think that they have gone back in time. This was the first Nars Foundation that I ever used. To be honest, it was the first foundation I truly fell in love with. After Nars discontinued the All Day Luminous Weightless that was my favourite, I decided to revisit the Nars Sheer Glow. I was not disappointed. This stunning Nars Sheer Glow Foundation just does amazing things for my skin. It is medium to full coverage, which is perfect for every day. It adds a glow to the skin as you would suggest, but it is not oily in any kind of way. This is a fantastic foundation and I am so glad that I went ahead and bought myself another bottle. Truly a stunning item.

Too Faced Born This Way Concealer.
You guys will probably be a little surprised with this one. I have been on the hype of Tarte Shape Tape for such a long time and I have been converted. The Too Faced Concealer is certainly not as pigmented as the Tarte Shape Tape, but I don’t think that’s a negative. I use just a small amount of the Too Faced Born This Way Concealer over my Nars Sheer Glow and the two together are beautiful. This blends in wonderfully. Covers everything that I need. Sets and lasts perfectly throughout the entire day. Honestly, I do wish that I had picked this up sooner. For many years I have been caking up my under eyes with the Tarte. Switching over to this has just made me realise how unnecessary that was.
Â
Fenty Cream Bronzer.
For a long time I stayed away from the Fenty Cream Bronzer and that is just because I was intimidated by the shades. I have always been a big fan of cream contour, but never dabbled with cream bronzer. The reason why I have been using the Fenty Cream Bronzer so much is because it is just so easy to use. Once my base and concealer is on my face and in place, I go in with this. I just take my Beauty Blender, give it a whirl directly into the product and then apply direct to the face. It is never too much, never too little. I think that it is going to be a staple in my makeup collection for a very long time. We all know I am a lazy makeup lover and anything to cut down time is something to stick with.

MAC Mineralise Skin Finish in Dark Deep.
For many years, I was a MAC Give Me Sun user. I have written about Give Me Sun so much over the years and it really has been one of my most used products. The only reason why I picked this up was because the Give Me Sun was out of stock and I needed a new bronzer. Honestly, I think that this is my all-time favourite bronzing powder and it does wonders on my skin. It has a wonderful colour to it that is perfect for my skin. It blends in like a dream using my Tom Ford Bronzer brush. The powder itself has a medium level of coverage and it helps hide my troublesome pigmentation damage. Everything about this product I just adore and it is my ride or die item.
Â
Dior Contour Palette.
When I first saw this product, it was the first item from the Backstage range that I saw. I really wanted to get my hands on it, but didn’t know it if would work for me. Typically, these off the shelf contour items are never really dark enough for me. I do have to say that I find it quite poor that they only have one shade of this. The deepest contour shade only just works for my skin tone. Anybody deeper than myself would really struggle. I do have to say though; this works really well for me. The two highlighters are beautiful and look incredibly natural on the skin. The two contour shades are ideal with a warmer and a cooler shade. I use this daily and without thinking about it or taking any time, my contour looks completely flawless.
Â
Urban Decay Brow Blade.
For the longest time, I was seeing this online and I really wanted to try it. The thing that put me off from buying it was that I don’t really have those Instagram worthy brows. I have very simple eyebrows that aren’t that special, so I didn’t think that I would utilise this properly. I think that the pencil end of this works flawlessly. Then, I use the small brush to draw in individual hairs. With both the pencil and the felt tip incredibly lightly to get a natural but well-finished kind of look. It is a great item and I know that I can get my brows on and in place within no time at all. I would highly recommend this product to everybody1
Â
Nars Climax Mascara.
I can remember many years back I used to get annoyed at people that would spend a fortune on mascaras. I just didn’t understand how they could be so different. Surely they all had a wand and made your lashes black. What else could you need? I now admit that I was completely incorrect. Since switching from the Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara to the Nars Climax, I have noticed a difference. This not only applies like a dream, it lifts the lashes and makes them look amazing.  This creates so much volume in my lashes and it has made me ditch my falsies for the first time in a long time. My only qualm with this item is that I do get smudging under my eyes the following morning. Not a concern because I wash my face straight away anyway, but just something to be mindful of.
I hope that you guys liked this blog post. As I mentioned above, you will have heard me mention these items before. When I find a product that I love to use, I will use it until I get bored to death. I am sure that there are already full reviews here on my blog for these items, so check them out. You can probably tell from this blog post; base products are my jam. I love how transformative they can be on the skin. Some days I need all the help and coverage that I can get. As always, I will pop a link to these items down below if you would like to go ahead and check them out. As always, I would love to hear from you guys. Please do leave me a comment below and let me know some of your favourite products at the moment.
