My Favourite Charlotte Tilbury Makeup Products

If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, you’ll know that I’m a lifelong Charlotte Tilbury fan. From the luxurious packaging to the “glow from within” finish, her products rarely miss. Over the years, I’ve bought (and been lucky enough to receive) more of her products than I can count, and while I’ve occasionally been overwhelmed by the brand’s endless new releases, there are some staples that have earned a permanent place in my makeup bag.

So, I thought I’d share the best of the best — the Charlotte Tilbury products that are genuinely worth every penny and that I’ll happily keep repurchasing for years to come.

My Favourite Charlotte Tilbury Makeup Products

Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream

This iconic moisturiser was my gateway into the brand. I first tried it after a makeover at the Charlotte Tilbury store in Covent Garden and instantly fell in love. Even though I have oily skin, I still get dry patches — and this thick, luxurious cream manages to hydrate without making me greasy. It creates the perfect base for makeup, and honestly, I’ve worn it every single day since. It’s one of the few products I’d buy again without hesitation.

Wonderglow Primer

My second step every morning, the Wonderglow Primer gives my skin a soft, radiant finish before I even reach for foundation. I dot it around my face and blend it in with my fingers for a subtle brightness that makes my base look healthier. If you’re wondering whether you need both this and the Hollywood Flawless Filter — you probably don’t. But I use both, because together they make me look like I’ve had eight hours of sleep and a holiday in the sun.

Hollywood Flawless Filter

There’s a reason this product went viral. The Hollywood Flawless Filter delivers that “your-skin-but-glowier” finish we all chase. I apply a few dots before foundation and buff it in with a brush — it instantly makes my complexion look alive. It’s the easiest way to fake naturally radiant skin without going full disco ball.

Airbrush Flawless Foundation

For days when I want my makeup to last through absolutely anything, I reach for Airbrush Flawless Foundation. I resisted it for months, telling myself I didn’t need yet another foundation, but one swatch convinced me otherwise. The coverage is full, the texture thicker than my usual NARS favourite, and the staying power is unbelievable. It’s the kind of base you can rely on for long days or nights out — flawless from morning until bedtime.

Magic Away Concealer

For years I was loyal to Tarte Shape Tape, but Magic Away Concealer completely converted me. It’s lighter in texture, easier to blend, and still manages to cover dark circles beautifully. I love the sponge applicator — it makes on-the-go touch-ups simple — and the finish is soft and natural rather than cakey.

Hollywood Contour Wand

When this first launched, I fell hard for it — then briefly moved on when the tube ran out. Big mistake. Every cream contour I tried after either broke me out or went patchy. Eventually I came running back to the Hollywood Contour Wand, and now I remember why I loved it in the first place. It sculpts and bronzes effortlessly, blends like a dream, and gives that soft, believable definition I can’t seem to get from anything else.

Airbrush Bronzer

One of my newer favourites, the Airbrush Bronzer has completely replaced the two-bronzer combo I used to swear by. The shade Tan (No.3) is perfect for my skin tone — warm without being orange, and silky smooth to apply. I use it daily, and despite the oversized compact, I’ve already hit pan. That says it all.

Filmstar Bronze & Glow

If there’s one product that put Charlotte Tilbury on the map, it’s Filmstar Bronze & Glow. I’ve had mine for years. The contour shade works best when I’m less tanned, but the highlighter — a champagne tone that flatters almost everyone — is what makes this palette iconic. It catches the light beautifully without looking metallic.

Cheek to Chic Blush

Sex on Fire is my all-time favourite blush, and that’s saying something. For my medium skin tone, it’s the perfect balance between rosy and natural. It’s pigmented but never chalky, and it gives that fresh, healthy flush I can never replicate with other brands. I’ve worn it daily for years, and I can’t see myself stopping anytime soon.

Hollywood Glamour Lashes

I bought these lashes on a whim, but they quickly became my go-to for special occasions. They’re fluffy and full without feeling heavy — which is ideal because my eyes are quite small and most lashes overpower them. These sit comfortably, look natural, and last incredibly well. (I’ve reused the same pair for ages and they still look new.)

Lip Cheat Lip Liners

Charlotte’s lip liners deserve their own love letter. My favourite is Iconic Nude — the ultimate neutral. It glides on smoothly, defines without dragging, and pairs beautifully with almost every lipstick in my drawer. It’s slightly less long-lasting than MAC, but infinitely more comfortable to wear, which makes it a win for me.

Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder

Finally, the one product I can’t leave the house without. The Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder is a miracle for anyone with oily skin. I keep one permanently in my handbag for touch-ups, and it somehow smooths and blurs everything back into place without caking. I’ve lost count of how many I’ve gone through — it’s just that good.

Final Thoughts

Charlotte Tilbury’s line is one of the few that manages to feel truly luxurious yet wearable. While I don’t chase every launch anymore, these are the products I genuinely rely on and would recommend in a heartbeat. If you’re building your collection, start here — these are the ones that have stood the test of time.
