My Favourite Concealers From My Collection

The older that I get, the more I need a good concealer in my collection. Thankfully, I have quite a few that are good at hiding all of my imperfections. Trust me, there are many. That is why in this post, I want to share with you guys the products that are the best of the best.

The ones that I cannot be without because they make the biggest difference to how I look and feel. As I am sure you can already imagine, I have mentioned each of these items’ countless times over the years, but that just shows how much I bloody love them!

 

 

Tarte Shape Tape Concealer.

This stuff blew up online almost a decade ago. I longed to get my hands on it here in the UK, but it wasn’t easy in the early days because it was an item that was exclusive to Ulta. However, I found my way around it by purchasing it direct from the Tarte website. It would cost me an arm and a leg in import taxes and I had to wait almost a month for it. But I got it and I fell in love. To this day, this remains a concealer that I cannot be without. It is one of the only products that can truly hide my darkness when it is at its worst!

 

Huda Beauty Faux Filter Concealer.

For a long time, I was using the Tarte Shape Tape and adoring it. However, somebody that I knew recommended the Huda Beauty Faux Filter Concealer because it packed even more of a punch in terms of coverage. I wasn’t sure how that was possible. However, I went ahead and picked it up. Needless to say, I fell in love. I wouldn’t necessarily say that this is more coverage. I would say that it is a similar coverage, buy a thinner consistency. And that is something that we will always welcome!

 

Maybelline Age Rewind Concealer.

You guys didn’t think that I was going to share a post about my favourite concealers without talking about the Maybelline Age Rewind Concealer. I am pretty sure that this was the first concealer that I ever tried and my love affair with it is still going strong. When I want a super quick makeup look, this is the product that I reach for you. You can scribble it on in record time, it blends out with ease and always looks amazing on the skin. I would pay high-end prices for this product. It is just a bonus that it is such a fantastic low-price product.

 

Vieve Modern Radiance Concealer.

For me, this concealer is far too light coverage to use underneath my eyes. However, I adore this Vieve Modern Radiance Concealer for use in other areas of the face where I need a little extra coverage on top of my foundation. It is light enough that it doesn’t cake up the skin with an additional layer, but it packs a punch with the medium amount of coverage so that it makes a difference. I also love this concealer for a little highlighting and contouring routine because they are so easily blendable.

 

Lancôme Ultra Wear Anywhere Concealer.

When this concealer was first released the other year, I tried to keep away from buying it. As you can see, I already have a collection of amazing concealers and I didn’t feel the need to add another one into the mix. However, there was no getting away from this. TikTok seemed to send this product viral, and it played on my mind until I ended up buying it for myself. Needless to say, I have fallen in love with this, and I use it all the time.

The purple that I get underneath my eyes some morning is honestly scary and I need to rectify that with good quality products.
