my Story
Because I can’t stop talking, so I put it on the internet
I stopped caring what others thought and decided to be bold on my corner of the internet.
For years, I’ve been quietly working behind the scenes — writing, creating, and chasing opportunities that once felt far out of reach. What began as a simple blog to share my unfiltered thoughts and unsolicited opinions slowly grew into something much bigger (and scarier) than expected.
Somehow, that little corner of the internet opened doors I never dreamed of. I’ve reached out to huge brands, built real partnerships, and collaborated with some of the biggest names in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. Alongside that, I’ve been pouring my heart into writing novels, taking the terrifying leap of speaking with book agents and publishers — all while keeping my name off it, just in case my anxiety decides to ruin the fun and I decide to delete things all over again.
For a long time, I have let fear and self-doubt convince me to be quiet. I hid things I was proud of, worried about what people may think — especially those people we all seem to have in our lives, the ones who could find something negative to say about winning the lottery.
Now, I’m finally ready to take ownership of everything I’ve worked for — no soft launches, no secret projects, just honesty about how much this means to me. Because what started as something small and hidden has grown into a career that’s changed my life — and the lives of my family — in ways I never imagined.
So here goes, be prepared to learn more than you ever probably wanted to know.

Meet Danielle
writer, professional blabber and mother
I started a blog over a decade ago because I was, quite frankly, over-opinionated and needed somewhere to share my passions with the world — completely unsolicited, of course.
After a few years of writing (and oversharing) under my belt, my marketing career began to take shape, and I realised there might actually be something to this whole online thing. I decided to learn more, took creative writing classes, and then went bold — reaching out to some of my favourite brands to see if they wanted to work with me. Against all odds (and much to my surprise), they did.
As my site grew from strength to strength and those partnerships turned into long-term collaborations, I knew it was time to take the next leap. To take all those stories I’d been cooking up in my head — fuelled by a lifelong obsession with romance novels — and finally start putting pen to paper.
Now, I’m sharing the very real, often chaotic journey of juggling this site, my freelance partnerships, a full-time marketing career, my writing ambitions, motherhood, fashion addiction, beauty obsession, wife duties, friendships — and everything else that somehow fits in between.
Still want to know more?
what is my favourite movie?
I love any movie with Steve Martin in. I have a major obsession with Father of the Bride. Other than that, I am sucker for a romcom and a forever favourite is the first Bridget Jones. My love for Mark Darcy is timeless.
what is my go to drink?
I wish I could say that this is an incredibly sophisticated and chic drink. However, other than water, the only other drink that I thoroughly enjoy is a can of incredibly cold, Sugar Free Monster.
What is my favourite destination?
Florence. I fell in love the very first moment that I stepped off the plane. The art, the fashion, the history, the architecture. I plan to retire there one day with an apartment overlooking the Ponte Veccio.
what is my favourite designer purchase?
This is a difficult one for me, but it is probably my Hermes Birkin 25 in Noir Togo Leather. This was a wish list puchase for me and since adding it to my collection it has been well loved and used heavily – just as it should be.
My Values
Dedication
To stubbornness, late nights, and the endless pursuit of making it look like I’ve got my life together.
I also give my absolute all to the clients that I delve into partnerships with and I will not stop until we are seeing the results that we both agreed to.
Integrity
Doing things the right way, at all times — even when the wrong way looks faster (and has snacks).
These days, there are so many shortcuts to achieving your goals, but in order to be credible, you have to work with a degree of integrity in all that you do.
Collaboration
Collaboration is my jam and something that I love about this career — preferably with brains, caffeine, and zero drama.
I know that whenever I enter a partnership with somebody new, I am going to learn just as much from them, as they are from me. Collaboration is a two way street.
