It is time for a new beauty review and this time it is all about the Morphe Continuous Setting Spray. I can remember seeing this launch and it ended up being all over the internet. At the time, I was in love with my Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray and I had no intention on changing. Especially at that time, you could only get Morphe directly from their site and it would have cost me an arm and a leg to get it here in the UK.

In the end, I waited patiently and then they launched the brand on the Boots website. As soon as this went live on the website, I picked one up and I have been using it ever since. That is why I think it is about time for me to sit down and share my review with you guys.

The Packaging.

Even though I do think of Morphe as been of the cheaper end of the makeup spectrum, I really don’t mind the packaging. As I have shared before here on my blog, I am a snob when it comes to packaging. I like my items to look nice and reflect the hard-earned cash that I am paying on them. I think that not only does this setting spray look nice, it is also very practical and I like it. There isn’t that much more to say, but for the brand Morphe in general, I think that this is really nice and compares well to other items that I have used.

How It Spray.

The novel thing about this setting spray is the nozzle and the spray. Every other setting spray or product of this nature has had a traditional style pump on the top. When I first saw people talking about this online, I didn’t understand how the continuous feature could possibly add that much to the item. However, now that I own it and use it, the continuous spray is what really sets it apart from the competition. With this, there is no initial spurt of product that you can get with other items of a similar nature. That means that your base is going to look flawless and no mishaps will happen late on in the application.

What It Does to My Makeup.

The main reason why I love this Morphe Continuous Setting Spray is not because of the longevity it provides my makeup with, but because of how it gels the creams and powders. Because I am pretty oily and I want my makeup to last, I have to set every inch of my face with a decent amount of powder. When I use this item, I find that it helps to melt the surface powder in with the liquids and creams below. This gives a much more flawless look to my makeup and helps it all gel much better, while keeping my skin lovely and matte.

How It Compares to Other Setting Sprays.

Over the year, I have tried many different setting sprays. I would say that I have actually quite enjoyed them all. I don’t think that I have ever really had a negative experience with one where my makeup has been ruined underneath as a result. That being said, I think that from the bunch, it is very easy for me to pick a favourite. When it comes to this Morphe Continuous Setting Spray, there is just something about it that puts it to the top of the pile. The mist is so wonderful and fine. It feels incredibly hydrating as you apply, and it makes your makeup last all day. There is nothing more that you really need from a setting spray!

I hope that you guys liked reading this blog post on the Morphe Continuous Setting Spray. Honestly, I really do wish that I would have tried this out sooner because it has done wonders for my makeup. I feel like I have been pushing this like crack onto so many people but that is because I am over the moon with the quality of it. In general I have quite a negative perception of Morphe as a brand, but I feel like that is beginning to change because of this item. I will leave a link to this product down below in case you would like to go ahead and check it out for yourself. As always, I would love to hear from you. Please leave me a comment below. Let me know if you have tried this or if you would like to try this!
