Back when I started blogging, I would write these posts fairly regularly about my favourite YouTubers. I started writing for my blog the best part of a decade ago. Around this time is when some of the beauty YouTubers were at the top of their game. I can remember running home from school, powering up my super beat-up laptop and watching YouTube all evening long. As I have gotten older, my taste has certainly changed and I no longer watch the same people that I used to. However, there has been some new additions that I am really enjoying. For this reason, I thought that I would share with you some of my favourite YouTubers and people to watch online.
Bailey Sarian
I needed to start this post on my favourite YouTubers with Miss Baily Sarian. Some of you may know her better for her Murder, Mystery and makeup Monday. Shana shay, shana shay, shana sha sha, shana shaaaaay. I have been watching Bailey since I was in her first 10,000 subscribers. I think she is no on around 6 million, or even more. I want to be her, I want to be her best friend and I wish I had the idea to do these videos before she did. Honestly, if you are going to check out one person, make it Bailey!

Allana Davison
First up I need to mention the only real true beauty YouTuber and that is Allana Davison. I started watching Allana after I believe Victoria McGrath from In The Frow recommended her videos. The thing that I adore about Allana is her wacky style sense of humour. She doesn’t seem to take anything too seriously and that is what I love. Her reviews tend to have me in stiches and she just seems like a very naturally funny person. I must watch all of her videos at least twice!

Fashion Mumblr
I could not write this blog post without mentioning the wondrous Josie. I first discovered Josie in 2020 when I was stuck in lockdown. I watch Josie mainly for her amazing home and life in the Cotswolds. I love seeing the changes to her home, the dogs running around the amazing garden and the incredible food that Charlie cooks. Josie just seems like she could be a friend even though a video. I imagine that she would be the person that if you call in the middle of the night, she wouldn’t hesitate in coming out of her way to help. Such a lovely woman.

Samantha Maria
As harsh as this sounds, and I certainly do not intend for it to sound this way. I really started to watch Samantha following her divorce. I had been subscribed to her previously to her divorce, but I think her content seemed much more genuine afterwards. I feel like she opened up so much more, made content that me as a nearly 30 year old could relate to so much more. I think that throughout this post you will realise that I love to see the fashion/beauty side to people, but then the very real and personable parts.

In The Frow
Victoria McGrath has always been one of my favourite YouTubers. I started watching her many moons ago, back when she had purple hair. I loved how real she was. I can imagine getting dressed up and going out for a glass of wine with her. She just seems like such a personable person. You can tell a genuine person a mile off and that is how I feel about Victoria. For as long as she has been on the internet, I just feel like she deals with things in an incredibly mature and sensible way. Not to mention that her little Boe is the cutest little pup!

Lydia Elise Millen
I didn’t know whether to mention Lydia in this post, but I can enjoy her videos. I feel torn when I watch Lydia. I love that she has a beautiful home that she has renovated. Her animals are precious and I love watching her in her kitchen garden. However, I do feel like I have a niggle that can annoy me. I feel from reading her comments that other people feel this way too. Some of her sharing her high fashion purchases can seem very flashy, braggy and out of touch. Such as during the lockdown when she bought two Hermes bags. I understand that she was not the only person doing things like this, but I feel like it was just how it was shown and dealt with. As I said, very torn. However, I do love the homelier content.

Jamie Genevieve
I have shared my love for his lady before here on my blog. I buy everything that Veive comes out with and that is mainly because I support the owner of the brand. Normally when YouTubers come out with their own range of makeup, I give it a wide berth. That is not the case with Veive. The products are amazing and really compare to the higher brands. Not to mention that you just know that the woman behind it genuinely has so much passion for makeup.
Â
Amelia Liana
I only really got into watching Amelia’s videos last year when she was posting during lockdown. What I love about watching her videos is that it is so London and metropolitan. While I am sat in the countryside in my lovely quaint home with my husband and dog by my feet, I love the escapism of watching somebody dressed in high fashion parading around a major city. There is part of me that longs to be her friend to join her for breakfast in Chelsea!

Patricia Bright
Patricia is one of the only YouTubers that I am going to mention in this post that I have watched for many years. I think she was one of the first people that I subscribed to in my early days of watching YouTube. The thing that I adore about her is that she is infectious. Her happiness and energy is what I am here for. Plus, combine that with the everyday real life and I think it is the perfect recipe.

Casey Holmes
The last person that I am going to mention in this post is Casey Holmes. I have been watching her for years, but I feel like I fell in love when she moved to Washington. Her life looks so idyllic in the mountains with her little family. I cannot even imagine how challenging it must be for her raising two little ones while her husband is deployed. I take my hat off to her and I adore that she shows me a side of the world that I will likely never see.
I hope that you guys liked this blog post and if you are looking for anybody new to watch, this gives you some recommendations. These are all people that I really love spending some time zoning out and watching. I adore that all of these people are really different and it makes me see things that I would never normally see. Such as Allana really makes me see more of live in Canada, Casey Holmes give a glimpse into Army Wives life. I love it all and I find myself excited for these people to repost. As always, I would love to hear from you guys. Please do leave me a comment down below. Let me know if you have seen some of my favourite YouTubers and who are some of your personal favourites!
