I know that I only uploaded a beauty blog post the other day, but I am loving this content. Today, I am going to be speaking to you guys all about my favourite lip products. You guys may know this already, but I have a real love/hate relationship when it comes to lip products. I have very naturally plump lips. Often if I apply makeup to them, they can end up looking even larger and like I have 5ml of filler in them. If that is the look that you are going for then I am rooting for you. However, when I am just heading into work, I feel a little overdone with huge glossy lips. For that reason, I am very selective when it comes to my favourite lip products. Today, I am going to share my favourite lip products with you and why I love them!
MAC Oak Lip Liner.
I used to be a MAC Stripdown kind of girl, that was until I discovered Oak. I tried this out because I saw somebody else use it online and I fell in love with the colours. Needless to say, I have now been using this same lip pencil for probably 8 years or so and I am now in love. The shade is fantastic and matches wonderfully to my medium skin tone. The pencil has fantastic longevity. For those reasons, this is by a country mile one of my favourite lip products.
Fenty Lip Balm.
As I mentioned above, I use lip liners more than anything else. However, I am sure all of you guys know that lip liners are the driest things in the world. For that reason, I love to carry a Fenty Lip Balm with me at all times. Normally, after going in with my MAC Lip Liner, I use a quick slick of this over the top. It not only makes the colours gel together and look much healthier, it also makes them more comfortable. I may need to top up though the day because of the extra touch of moisture, but I would rather that be the case.

Clarins Lip Oil.
I have been using this stuff for years and I certainly do not think that enough people talk about it. I think I first tried this after getting a Clarins gift set for Christmas one year. I quickly realised that this was going to be an item that lived in my handbag. Because my lips are generally incredibly dry, one slick of this and I am good to go. Within a second of applying it, I can feel it soaking in. Honestly, it almost feels like I can feel my lips rehydrating as I apply this to my lips. Honestly, I think I have been using this item now for the best part of 5 years and I still adore it.

Vieve Power Suit Lipstick.
I am not a big fan of a red lip. I think that a red lip can be very make or break for a makeup look. For that reason, I much prefer a shade like Power Suit by Vieve. If I am looking for depth, this is the lipstick that I am going to be using. The shade is just stunning and was my biggest reason for picking it up. Next, is the stunning texture of Vieve lipsticks in general. I love how they look, and they seriously apply little butter to the lips. I love using this and I reach for its hell of a lot more than I thought!

Charlotte Tilbury Bitch Perfect Lipstick.
The last lipstick that I am going to mention is the most perfect neutral. Many years back when I purchased everything that Charlotte Tilbury released, I bought Bitch Perfect. As you guys can probably guess, I only bought this because of the sassy ass name. I thought it was so clever and I needed it. Little did I know that this would quickly become my go to neutral lip shade. For me, this is a ‘your lips but better’ colours. This is one of them items that I keep in my handbag and if I need a swipe of something a little more put together, I will reach for this.
I hope that you guys liked this blog post and getting to see some of my favourite lip products. You can probably tell from this blog post that I stick to what I know. Some of these items have remained the same in my collection for near on a decade. The lip liners for example, I would not change for the world. I know that suits me, I know what is comfortable and I run with it. As always, I will pop some links down below if you would like to go ahead and try these for yourself. Please do leave me a comment below. Let me know some of your favourite lip products. I can imagine that it will lead me to trying out some new items, which is what I really want!
