My Favourite Manolo Blahnik Shoes

 

Today I am going to be talking to you guys all about one brand. That brand is of course Manolo Blahnik. You guys should have heard of this brand before. They are iconic to say the least. If you have visited my site before, you will know the love that I share for this brand.

Over the years, I have invested my money in some amazing pairs of shoes, and I still adore them to this day. In this post I am going to be breaking down my favourite Manolo Blahnik shoes. These are the items that are tried and tested, have stood the test of time and still look amazing.

 

 

 

Manolo Blahnik Hangisi Pumps.

Everybody should know the Hangisi Pumps from the iconic Sex and the City movie. Carrie wore these at the end of the movie when she finally married Big and it immortalized them as a pair of iconic shoes. When I got married at the registry office and had a simple party after, I knew this was the pair of shoes that I wanted to wear. Alongside my paired back bridal outfit, these were the piece de resistance that I needed for my look. I now own the Hangisi pumps in more colours than I care to mention. However they are without a doubt one of the most complicated pairs of shoes in my collection, across all brands.

 

Manolo Blahnik Lurum Pumps.

If you want the stunning appearance of the Hangisi with added comfort, then you need to opt for the Lurum pumps. From face value, you can see how absolutely out of this world these Manolo Blahnik Lurum Pumps are. That is why they are without a doubt one of my favourite Manolo Blahnik shoes. I now own three pairs of shoes in the iconic Lurum pumps including black, yellow and a velvet green. My only critique is that they can be pretty hard to walk in if you have narrow feet because I can find that they move around, but I can live with that for how stunning they are.

 

Manolo Blahnik BB Pumps.

If you are looking for a classic pair of heeled pumps, you need to take a look at the Manolo Blahnik BB Pumps. I can remember when I was cultivating a workwear wardrobe, I started looking at designer heels. Like most people I instantly gravitated to some of the more popular brands such as Christian Louboutin and Jimmy Choo. However, after investing in both of those brands, I still felt like I was lacking a good quality pair of suede pumps. That is when I went and tried on the beautiful Manolo Blahnik BB Pumps in Selfridges. Within an instant, these shoes filled the void on what the others had failed to bring to my closet. A classic silhouette, comfortable shoes and amazing quality.

 

Manolo Blahnik Maysale Pumps.

When I first saw the Maysale pumps online, I wasn’t a fan. I think I am the same whenever I see a pair of kitten heels. But then I see somebody wearing them and I fall in love. I was the same when it came to the Chanel and Dior Slingbacks. When I first saw them, they repulsed me. Now I own multiple colourways in each of the shoes. With that said, theses Maysale pumps are without a doubt some of my favourite Manolo Blahnik shoes. What I adore about these is that they are simple, understates and yet so stunning. Whenever I wear them the girls in my office go crazy over them. Something that I would have never expected from kitten heels!
